Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the sausage, onions, and peppers in a large skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until browned.
- Prepare the egg mixture by whisking together eggs with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Fold in the crispy hash browns and the cooked sausage mixture, then stir in the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
