Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage, onions, and peppers in a large skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Prepare the egg mixture by whisking together eggs with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fold in the crispy hash browns and the cooked sausage mixture, then stir in the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
