Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, chopped onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs about the size of golf balls.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs, browning them evenly on all sides.
  4. Remove the meatballs and set aside, then pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  5. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, returning the meatballs to the skillet.
  6. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
