Description

Bacon Cheeseburger Pretzel Sliders are a delicious combination of savory bacon, melted cheese, and juicy beef patties, all nestled in soft pretzel buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of pretzel slider buns
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, until browned.
  4. Form the beef into small patties that fit the pretzel buns.
  5. Place the patties on a baking sheet and top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the pretzel buns by brushing them with an egg wash.
  8. Assemble the sliders by placing a beef patty on each pretzel bun, topping with bacon, and closing with the top bun.
