- 8 slices of bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Take each chicken breast and spread the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly on top.
- Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the bacon-wrapped chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
