Description

Bacon Wrapped Garlic Parmesan Chicken is a delicious and savory dish that combines tender chicken breasts wrapped in crispy bacon, infused with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take each chicken breast and spread the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly on top.
  4. Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the bacon-wrapped chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
