- Dijon Mustard (optional, for spreading)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard inside each croissant, if desired.
- Layer slices of ham and cheese inside each croissant.
- Arrange the filled croissants on a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter and sprinkle with herbs, if using.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
