Ingredients

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Prepare the balsamic vinaigrette by whisking together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
  6. Combine the sliced chicken, mozzarella, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and spinach in a large mixing bowl.
