- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine mashed bananas, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy and well-blended.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture gradually, stirring until just combined.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or Dutch oven over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Drop small spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the donut holes with a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels.
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
