Bang Bang Salmon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines crispy salmon with a creamy, spicy sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each salmon fillet with the sauce mixture.
- Press the panko breadcrumbs onto the salmon fillets to create a crust.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the salmon to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
