Description

Bang Bang Salmon is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines crispy salmon with a spicy and creamy sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each salmon fillet with the sauce mixture.
  4. Press the panko breadcrumbs onto the salmon fillets to create a crust.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the salmon to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve with extra sauce on the side and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
