Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss together the blueberries, 1/2 cup of sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the blueberry blend into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar in another bowl.
- Stir in the milk and melted butter into the dry mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the blueberries, creating an even layer on top.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
