- 6 large eggs

- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable or canola oil for frying

Instructions
- Cook the sausage: Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add sausage and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Scramble the eggs: Whisk eggs and pour into skillet, stirring gently until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix the filling: Transfer sausage and egg mixture to a bowl, fold in cheese and hash browns, and season with salt and pepper.
