- 1 lb ground buffalo meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground buffalo meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce over medium heat. Stir until heated through.
- Toss the baked meatballs in the cranberry BBQ sauce before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add hot sauce to the meatball mixture.
- Serve with toothpicks for easy eating at parties.
