Description

A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring burrata cheese, fresh cherry tomatoes, and spinach, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the pasta to a serving dish and top with the burrata cheese.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve immediately.
