- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Cadbury eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Cream the butter with brown and granulated sugars until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Cadbury eggs and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Spread the dough into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, slice into squares, and enjoy!

For a gluten-free version, use a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend. You can make the dough ahead of time and refrigerate it.
