Description

A delicious and indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of caramel, apple, and eclair cake in a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of eclair shells
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the eclair shells according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon.
  3. Layer the eclair shells in a baking dish.
  4. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the eclair shells.
  5. Add a layer of the apple mixture on top of the whipped cream.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and caramel on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
