Delicious meatballs infused with the rich flavors of French onion soup and topped with gooey cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs and return to the oven until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add sautéed onions to the meatball mixture.
- These meatballs can be served with pasta, in a sub, or on their own as an appetizer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
