- 2 cups green beans (fresh or frozen)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crispy fried onions (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- If desired, add crispy fried onions on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
