Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, oregano, and pepper.
- Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small balls.
- Flatten each ball and place a mixture of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in the center. Fold the dough over the cheese and seal it.
- Place the stuffed rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- These rolls can be frozen before baking; just thaw and bake when ready.
