- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, and cooked pasta.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Fold in the chopped romaine lettuce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve topped with croutons and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
