Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

- Add the orzo and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 5 minutes until the orzo is tender and the broccoli is bright green.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
