Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the orzo and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 5 minutes until the orzo is tender and the broccoli is bright green.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
