- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, undrained Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the cooked spaghetti until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle chopped green bell pepper on top if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
