Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, undrained Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in the cooked spaghetti until evenly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green bell pepper on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
