Description

A delicious and easy dinner recipe featuring chicken wings, rotel pasta, and green beans.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 8 oz rotel pasta
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the rotel pasta according to package instructions.
  5. In a separate pot, steam the green beans until tender.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, mix in the can of Rotel tomatoes.
  7. Serve the chicken wings alongside the rotel pasta and green beans.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken wings for a few hours before baking.
  • You can add cheese to the rotel pasta for a creamier texture.
