- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for another minute.
- Add broccoli and beef broth, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
