Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for another minute.
  5. Add broccoli and beef broth, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
