  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the granulated sugar and brown sugar with the peanut butter until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the peanut butter mixture and stir until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
