- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix together the sourdough starter, milk, vegetable oil, and sugar until smooth.
- Combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, whisking for even distribution.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips carefully.
- Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
