  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, blending until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring until just blended.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
