- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 150g sweetened condensed milk
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 100g glacé cherries, chopped
- 50g butter, melted
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, melted butter, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Add the chopped glacé cherries to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking tray to form an even layer.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into slices and serve.

- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
