Ingredients

  • 6 English muffins, split in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the split English muffins on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
