- 1/2 cup blue icing

Instructions
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt until well combined.
- Warm and Combine: Gently warm the milk and butter until melted, then pour into the dry ingredients along with the egg. Stir until smooth.
- Knead the Dough: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until elastic.
- Let It Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled.
- Create the Filling: Roll out the dough into a rectangle, sprinkle with crushed cookies and chocolate chips, pressing them gently.
- Roll and Slice: Roll the dough into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Second Rise: Arrange the rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake to Perfection: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the Icing and Toppings: Drizzle with blue icing and top with extra crushed cookies.
