Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine ketchup, light brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk together until smooth. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk, bringing to a gentle simmer. Heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- In a large skillet, bring beef broth to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes.
- Carefully add roast beef slices to the broth and heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the sandwich: Spread Arby’s sauce on the bottom half of each bun, add warm roast beef slices, drizzle with cheese sauce, and top with the other half of the bun.
