Description

Delicious Crack Chicken Pinwheels filled with tender chicken, creamy ranch dressing, and melty cheese wrapped in tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Stir until everything is well-mixed and creamy.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the tortilla and spread it evenly.
  3. If using, sprinkle green onions over the filling.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the mixture, starting from one end.
  5. Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels approximately 1 inch thick.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and chicken mixture until all are wrapped.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to share.
