- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Stir until everything is well-mixed and creamy.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the tortilla and spread it evenly.
- If using, sprinkle green onions over the filling.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the mixture, starting from one end.
- Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels approximately 1 inch thick.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and chicken mixture until all are wrapped.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to share.
Notes
For a warm version, air fry or bake the assembled rolls for a crispy texture. Prepare your chicken mixture a day in advance for easier assembly.
