Ingredients

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or damaged berries.
- In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, orange zest, orange juice, water, and ground cinnamon.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Transfer the relish to a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
