Description

A refreshing and tangy cranberry relish infused with the vibrant flavor of orange zest, perfect for holiday meals.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or damaged berries.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, orange zest, orange juice, water, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  6. Transfer the relish to a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
