Creamy Avocado Pasta is a delicious and healthy twist on traditional pasta dishes, featuring a creamy avocado sauce that is both nutritious and satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces of pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the avocado sauce by blending avocados, garlic, basil, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Season the avocado sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
