  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, celery, and carrots. Cook for about five minutes until soft.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat, then stir in the heavy cream and blue cheese. Let simmer for another five minutes.
  5. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve warm.
