Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta of your choice and cook until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In a spacious skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add Tomatoes: Toss in diced tomatoes and cook for about 5–7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and release their juices.
