- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
