Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the creamy garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
