- 1/2 cup mango salsa

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each shrimp in the beaten eggs, then coat with the coconut mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
