Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the honey mixture over the chicken and toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
