Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour the peanut sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
