Description

Ingredients
- Cuban Bread
- Roast Pork
- Sliced Ham
- Swiss Cheese
- Dill Pickles
- Yellow Mustard
- Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle or panini press to medium-high heat.
- Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread yellow mustard on the inside of both halves.
- Layer the bottom half with roast pork, ham, and Swiss cheese, then add dill pickle slices.
- Compress the sandwich by placing the top half of the bread on.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich generously.
- Place the sandwich on the griddle and press down lightly.
- Grill for about 3–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice down the center, and serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh Cuban bread for the best texture. Customize your sandwich with different cheeses or add spicy elements.
