- 1 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Pour the salsa over the chicken, ensuring each breast is well-coated.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly across the chicken.
- Add the black beans and corn on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Use two forks to shred the chicken in the pot and mix with salsa and beans.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top, cover, and let melt for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro.
