Description

Easy Taco Cups are a quick and delicious way to enjoy a classic taco in a fun, bite-sized form. Perfect for parties or a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 12 small tortillas
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  4. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  5. Press each tortilla into the muffin tin to form cups.
  6. Fill each tortilla cup with the cooked beef mixture.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Top with diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce before serving.
