Description

A delightful and creamy Egg Mayo Sandwich perfect for quick lunches or afternoon snacks.


Ingredients

  • 4 boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Butter (for spreading)

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, onions, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until combined.
  2. Spread butter generously on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Add a generous layer of the egg mayo mixture on the unbuttered sides of two slices.
  4. Top with the second bread slices, buttered side facing out, forming a sandwich.
  5. Cut the sandwich into halves or triangles for serving.

Notes

Prepare the egg mayo mixture a day ahead for peak flavors, storing it in the fridge in a sealed container until ready to assemble.
