Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Eggs Benedict Casserole Bake that combines all the classic flavors of Eggs Benedict in a convenient casserole form.


Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package (12 oz) English muffins, torn into pieces
  • 8 oz Canadian bacon, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the torn English muffins, diced Canadian bacon, and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute Canadian bacon with sautéed spinach or mushrooms.
