Description
Experience a bowl of Fiery Chicken Ramen that combines tender chicken, chewy noodles, and vibrant vegetables in a spiced, creamy broth.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packets of ramen noodles
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, or carrots)
- 1 tablespoon chili paste or sriracha
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Carefully add the sliced chicken, seasoning it with salt and pepper, allowing it to brown for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pot, letting them sauté for an additional minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes).
- Stir in your fresh vegetables and chili paste, allowing them to wilt in the broth for a couple of minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the heavy cream with a splash of hot broth. Pour this into the pot and stir until combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Adapt the spice level and vegetables to your preference. Make the dish vegetarian by substituting chicken with tofu and using vegetable broth.
