Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until fluffy and pale.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition along with the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture, alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the colorful sprinkles.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake for 40-50 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
