Ingredients

  • 4 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded provolone cheese
  • Butter (for grilling)
  • Optional: garlic powder and fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. Place two slices butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and provolone on top.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, butter-side up.
  6. Grill until the bottom is golden brown, then flip.
  7. Grill the other side until the cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
  8. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve.
