Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious, bite-sized treats filled with juicy cheeseburgers and coated in a flavorful garlic parmesan topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic and parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
