Instructions

  4. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients gently until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fill muffin liners halfway with batter, add a spoonful of cream cheese filling, and cover with more batter.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and bake for 18–20 minutes.
