Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook undisturbed for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Pour the salsa verde over the chicken and cover the skillet, allowing it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, then top with diced avocado and fresh cilantro. Serve warm.

Notes
