- 1 avocado, diced

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook undisturbed for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour the salsa verde over the chicken and cover the skillet, allowing it to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, then top with diced avocado and fresh cilantro. Serve warm.
Notes
For added zest, mix in lime juice or jalapeño while cooking. You can also customize with sautéed vegetables or serve over rice for a complete meal.
